Hi,
First I want to say that I'm new here on the forum so hello!
I want to show my first mod on this form. It's a 4x4 half truncated cube.
I made this cube because I was really exited about mod's and stuff so I thought well I'll make a half truncated cube. But I had no old 3x3 so I made I from an old Rubik's brand 4x4.




I cut the pieces using a hacksaw. After cutting the pieces I filled them with milliput.
For the stickers on the side I used 3x3 half truncated cube stickers and I cut them the right size, for the normal faces I just used 4x4 stickers.

The cube has little imperfections but you only see them if you look really close.
It turned out very well I think for a first mod.

I'm thinking of making a 4x4 super barrel and some other great mod but I'll have to wait until my birthday (I'm just a kid so I don't have to much money).
I've already made a 3x3 half truncated cube and some little other cube. You can see those cube on my YouTube channel.

Just a bit of advice from someone who very rarely mods, the corners look like they puff out a bit, to fix this you could put sandpaper down on a flat surface and sand the corners.
Other than that this is a really good looking puzzle!
