I want a batman bottle opener.
I searched but didn't find anything.
So, I'm coming to you guys for help.
I'd like the design to incorporate the logo in a cool way. (Preferable this logo.) But really anything would be cool.
I want it to be printable from shapeways for a reasonable price and I want to be able to open bottles with it.
Is there anyone who could help me out?

I'm not sure of the limitations of WSF, but I think that it would have to be fairly thick in order to open bottles. Even plastic bottle openers usually have a metal core. So you might have to do a test or Google search to find leverage and force data, or and find out what it takes to bend WSF (you will probably not be able to break it...). Then make the bottle opener long enough to be able to create that leverage within WSF strength limitations.

It doesn't have to be wsf.
I would print it in some metal material I imagine.

I'd recommend machining the metal part (or stealing it from a different bottle opener) and just 3D printing the handle/batman part. That saves money and you'd know it would actually work. Do you have solidworks?
