Wow, that’s really nice looking, and at a pretty good price! I’m getting one for sure.
I’m really happy to see this as I had thought that CubeTwist may have gone out of business. Their web site died a while ago and they never seemed to have released all of their bandaged cubes which were in their included flyers/ads.

This may in fact be a KO.
Unfortunately I'm not at liberty to disclose any further. But please keep it in mind.

I have asked my original info source to look into this thread. But suffice it to say, I'm worried that it's a KO of a puzzle that hasn't been publicly announced yet.

Well if it hasn't been published yet then this is not a KO. We've seen this happen before where two companies are working on the same puzzle and one gets to market first. It is just part of business.

That could be the case. I hope it is.

I don't think this is a new idea. People have been doing the same thing with lego pieces for a long time. I don't think it's a ko, but I'd like to hear more from a moderator. In any case, it's nice to see something like this finally produced.

I'm going to step out and say I don't believe it to be a KO. Lego cubes have been around for ages and ages. I got my first back in the 90's.
If anyone comes up with any current patent, or complaint from another company, then let us know and we will handle it. Until then....This topic stays.

[farnsworth] Good news, everyone! [/farnsworth]
It's not a direct KO. Simply Cubetwist getting to market first.

I am quit sure that this "all-in-one"-concept has not been presented on tho forum before 1st June 2009. Does anybody know a source where something like this was presented earlier than that?
Using tile like cubetwist does has to result in a better feeling cube. That means: Good news.

It's not a direct KO. Simply Cubetwist getting to market first. Just a note: What is and is not KO is something decided by the Admins and Moderator. If you suspect something is KO, please contact us. We are interested in investigating potential KO puzzle issues. Don't assume you can speak for the site as to what is or is not KO, even though I am sure you have more info than us. Jared: I am curious as to the information you are referencing, can you PM me or katsmom? Thanks, Dave

Sorry for my delay, I had a depression that comes from some reasons...
I asked Mega-House's my partner about this cube, and he said me it's not KO of Mega-House or Seven Towns' puzzles. (Of course, he doesn't know other companies' puzzles, so he only told his company's and their partner's informations.)
This is only open-able information from me... I'll send a PM to David later, about the backgrounds.
