On October 1, the Dutch VAT rate will increase from 19% to 21%. This will affect the price of Shapeways purchases for all European customers. The price difference will be about $5 per puzzle (on the high end). While this is not a very big difference, it is something to consider. If you are planning to purchase something soon then it would be a good idea to do it before October 1.
It is still possible that Shapeways will adjust their pricing so nothing will change, but I consider this unlikely since they would be cutting in to their profit margin, the change also affects markups and Shapeways is US-based. This change does not affect US and ROW customers.
