Now that I have returned from a profitable journey to Hong Kong, I figured that now is a good enough time to update everyone with a collection thread (for those who like that sort of thing). There are in fact some KOs  (Kos are bad :x ) but they were either obtained before I was made aware of the issue or in a manner that did not harm the designer (i.e. the KO company did not get any money for these puzzles and I will not elaborate). There are a few puzzles missing such as a Crazy Domino, a Micro 3x3, a Perplexus sphere (one of the most fun non-twisty toys that I've ever played with), 40-50+ modding cubes (I found a 30 pack of 3x3s for $12 in Hong Kong!), and probably a few others that I am neglecting to mention. The video is here

No, they're some other brand that I found in Hong Kong. They don't turn very well, but they are useful enough for mods.

There are many nice puzzles in your collection! I see some that I regularly take from my shelves to play with.

How about the Moscow puzzle (metal rod in wood block, " impossible-to-solve peg puzzle" above, next to Super Mario and Arusloky in the picture above) ... did you solve it? It is a tricky combination of concepts, and on that meeting I saw only one solve it after a long time. :)

I have not solved it yet!! It doesn't seem to have any sort of trick, but it looks and feels so simple. I need to take an analytical approach to solving it (i.e. "what needs to happen, what's preventing that from happening, what might the mechanism look like for preventing that from happening, how do I remove that mechanism?")

Also, it seems to be that it is mandatory that at least 1 friend or relative send me a wooden take-apart puzzle for Christmas. Even my own parents are guilty of this :P . As a result, I have several anonymous copies of the same puzzle in different shapes.

I may be able to post some more pictures tonight (that's not all; I still have more than half of my cabinets to post). Many of the IPP puzzles have been awarded a special place there so that they are visible and nearby when I want to have some fun :)

A very nice and interesting collection indeed!

It's also nice to see many of the puzzles out of their packets and being played with. :D

I realized that I mislabeled the Turbo Mind Twist as a Sphere XYZ, and the tetrahedron thingy is a Brain Twist (Thanks, TP shop sidebar!!)
