So I've been playing around with my new Quark's puzzle, and i thought for a while of the mechanism. I later took it apart and saw how the mechanism worked. Now I'm thinking this can be applied to other puzzles. Is this possible? If it is I was going to prototype some ideas. Can anyone say if this could work? Thanks in advance!

Can you link me to the staples mech? I don't think I've seen it.

I'm not really sure, as I haven't used the staples (sand) mech. It can be seen in this video. Upon watching that video, now I'm not so sure what Quarks uses.
