On Wednesday 8th March I am starting another 3x3x5 auction. Unlike the common extended puzzles it is fully functional. It therefore presents a new solving challenge.

Do you build this puzzle in a way similar to what Jin H Kim showed?

I have always been a little uncomfortable about signing my puzzles but after recent requests/communications I have now decided the 3x3x5 will be signed.

Yes, Tony, you should sign the puzzles you make.

People are paying extra money for the same puzzles made by you... we not only paying for the excellent quality but also because they are "name-brand". Without your signature, we have to go through all the troubles to prove the authenticity. Owning a "Fisher's Cube" is like having a Gucci, Prada, Versace, ...

Here is the math: name brand + quality + limited quantity = $$$

Like other works of art, they should have the signature of the artist :)

Another reason is that they might treat it as investment and want some sort of proof that it's an actual Tony Fisher instead of some low quality knock off.

Maybe a signed certificate might also work?

Also use a number system like:

1 of 200, that way you know which one of the 200 that you have.
