Mini Ghost Cube *Sold*

Hello everyone (and happy Independence Day!). As the title says, yes, I'm selling my Mini Ghost Cube.

Just a little info in case you don't know; I made it all by hand from a mini Rubik's cube and epoxy putty, the stickers are white vinyl from cubesmith, also cut by hand, and the edge length is 3cm, the same size as the original cube.

I'll accept offers on here for about a week and I probably won't be bothering with ebay. I'm in the US, but international buyers are of course welcome also. Did you get Adam Cowan's permission to sell this? My understanding of the KO policy is that it is typically OK to make someone else's design for yourself but you shouldn't sell them without permission.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong and I'll delete this post.

Seeing as quite a few people have made and sold their own normal sized Ghost cubes, I was under the impression that there was no problem in selling my own. I will check with Adam though for an OK.

By design isn't technically every Ghost Cube different from another unless the angles of rotation are perfectly identical to the original? Just a thought.

No, it is not. The ghost cube is not just randomly rotated and re-cut pieces. It is a specific shape mod. Anyone who is making one that is not the same is not really making a Ghost Cube, they are making something else. Something similar but not really a Ghost Cube.

I just asked Adam Cowan and he has given me permission to sell this. He does not consider it a knock-off.

Just so you didn't think the forum staff was sleeping on this one: I've asked Adam about what he considers KO in the past and even for this puzzle in particular so we knew this was OK. In this case his distinction is that he doesn't mind hand builds being sold but any production run would require his approval.
Every builder has their own definition of what they consider appropriate so please don't assume Adam's policy for this puzzle applies to other puzzles or builders.
