What's the weirdest thing you've done while solving a cube? And I mean multitasking thing like solving underwater or using feet.

How about hiding?

One of the maintenance guys at my apartment complex has a beat up old Rubik's cube that he keeps on the dash of his golf cart. I'm pretty sure he can't solve it because it's ALWAYS scrambled every time I see it. Now when I see him driving his cart (usually in my parking garage) I'll linger a bit and if he parts it to go do something I'll quickly steal the puzzle, solve it, and put it back. I've superstitiously solved it at least 5 times now. A few times I'd had to put all of the mail I'm holding in my mouth to free up my hands. I don't want to get caught so when I've come across his cart already parked I've walked around looking for him first to make sure he really is elsewhere.

I routinely solve cubes in schools. Solving in front of grade 1 (6 year olds) and talking is strange and fun.

Here's a funny one: I once solved my cube with one hand while pretending to be asleep on a busy train. I even dribbled with my mouth open, for special effect. Then, just as the announcement came on saying we had arrived, I suddenly "woke up" and looked out the window as if to confirm we had arrived and then started to gather my things. I noticed the solved cube sitting on my lap, looked confused, frowned at the guy opposite and shook my head, pretending to be annoyed that he would have the nerve to mess with my things while I was asleep. Then I just got up and left in a huff.
