The holes are filled with milliput.

The whole puzzle is an error in reasoning. :oops:

At first the idea was to cut all six centers like the bottom view.
Then I've noticed, that it looks to much like the Rex-Cuboctahedron and the Master Skewb Cuboctahedron.
The solution was the top view.
