Especially my daughter (16 years old) who always has better things to do, like staying in her room listening to music, palying on her laptop or iPad.
So, last night, before I went out for a few beers, I showed her the Treasure Chest cube, opened it, put £10 inside and scrambled it. "The money is yours" said I, "If you can get it out without help from someone else or breaking it open."

Bearing in mind that Lauren has never even tried to solve a 3x3x3 before, I was expecting her to take a few days of internet searching and frustration. And when I returned later, the cube was still totally scrambled, not even one face was done

Determined to check that she had indeed solved it, I tried to solve it, but in my euphoric alcoholic stupor I kept making mistakes, so I gave up and went to bed
