International Puzzle Design Competition 2012, participate!

Hi Twisty Puzzles designers,

It is time to prepare your entries to the annual Nob Yoshigahara Puzzle Design Competition. Last year, David Pitcher won an award with his Fracture-10 puzzle. Will your design win an award this year?

Here are the rules. The entry deadline is June 30th, 2012.

So who else is going to represent the twisty puzzles innovations of this year? Or do you think that only David Pitcher's creations are worth an award?

Note that the first publication may be up to two years ago. So even Chopasaurus could enter and potentially win an award!

30. June is too early to finish my new puzzle design alas....

But I think I'll gladly enter next year.

I'd love to, but that's a pity. Since I'm member of TwistyPuzzles I got inspired to create my first actual puzzle (which I'm now working on).... :roll:

Just noticed this thread today. Wish I'd seen this earlier but I'll try to get a puzzle into the cometition if I can manage to get 2 completed in time to submit. So far I've been selling most of my puzzles and the only two I have in hand at the moment are the two uniaxial puzzles which are Tom's design.

Note, the rules say the deadline is June 30, not July.

Regardless, if you have a puzzle that you've already completed in the last 2 years, enter it! Don't rush to finish some new "latest & greatest" puzzle or you'll just miss the deadline.
