Thanks for the kind words, many others have contributed to solving puzzles,
for instance Jaap's plentiful solutions, or even this guy's solutions...!

And there are many more too!


I have just spent some time with the Astrolabacus, to really appreciate it and I presented my solution.
In fact, the solution could be simplified *even* more (e.g. by redefining the flips)
but it has an advantage of confusing less the first time user.
(I know because I tested it on a friend of mine LOL)

I have used lots of drawing software before (the old flash 5 remains my favourite),
but my main occupation is research (mathematics/engineering).

I plan to present soon a webpage with my collection, as well as a couple more solutions! :)
