Looking forward to hearing some good suggestions or offers for support to create this puzzle in 3-D.
In flat or cylindrical shape.

2-D source format: vsd (Microsoft Visio Pro); can be exported to dxf, dwg, jpeg etc. (but no IGES, STEP etc.)

<yes, it's clear to me an actual puzzle would cost quite much (when e.g. manufacturing this via Shapeways)>
