Hi Non-Twisty Puzzles fans,

Jukebox is a thinking-ahead problem. The Jukebox mechanism has four switches that can hold and route some big coins of two colors: red and green. The object of the puzzle is to insert them in the correct order, such that all red coins end up left and the green coins right.

The puzzle in the video was made by Peter Knoppers and me for the Delft Science Center. It is a lot of fun seeing children play the puzzle. Many of them don't get it. They insert a coin, see it get stuck and turn the switch by hand. After doing this two or three times, they get bored. But other people do get it, and play the game for quite a while.

Oskar, recently your puzzles are getting, very, popular , (in the none puzzle comunity, I mean).

Just played the online version. Around level 9 or so I started getting confused. Great puzzle.

Ah, this could have been a puzzle that my Dad would have possibly bought for me. He's a jukebox fanatic (seriously, about 15 or so original 1940s/50s jukeboxes, at least 25 wallboxes, and a 1950s Diner in the back garden to put them all into ). He would buy anything jukebox related.

Now onto topic: Great puzzle Oskar. I do love these kinds of puzzles, and I hope to see you produce more of these in the future.
