Well guys I am coming out of hiding and I have another new puzzle on the way. Unfortunately I really shouldn't have spent the money, and this one, and probably not any of my future puzzles will be on Shapeways. Anyways enough of that, here is the picture, now someone guess what it is. I dare you. If no one guesses correctly I will post another picture soon, this one is kind of impossible to determine anything from sooooo....

ok i couldn't wait, I kind of want this one to be guessed, here is the next picture, a little easier maybe.
This one might give it away, just maybe.
I will also say this one has a close relative on Gelatinbrain.

I'm trying to figure this one out Muffet, but I honestly have no idea. Maybe the hints seem obvious to you because you made the puzzle but I can't seem to tell what it is.

Inever thought Obvious. Well I am not going to just give it away but I will upload the next picture, this is the last one I made, and this one should pretty much give it away, if someone doesn't figure it out I will be surprised, and I might have to make some more pictures then.

Void is too easy a guess, and I see some color in there.
Perhaps a master pentultimate where you removed part of the centers, showing inner/hidden/layered pieces, which you stickered to make a tougher challenge?

No, Tom, the Master Pentultimate didn't print naked lady stickers, you did. ON A MORE SERIOUS note, perhaps it allows for jumbling moves? Is this conceivable?

Carl I knew that particular meme, but I thought it would be some weird Master Pentultimate inside Master Pentultimate. But the shell-with-stickers idea also sounds incredible. (What about a [void] Megaminx in Pyraminx Crystal in Starminx I in Master Pentultimate in Pentultimate? Sounds like one for Oskar ) If you're still confused, here's a link.

If it is a shell inside the Master Pentultimate I would say it's not Starminx since that wouldn't make sense. But I think there's a Megaminx in there. Really small. Stationary centers and non-floating edges and corners. Tony Fisher wrote: Many of us saw an uncensored picture of this today. Amazing looking puzzle. I totally didn't or I just don't recall? Somehow I suspect Gingervergo's actually gone and proven you CAN make an evil twin megaminx. [EDIT: Thanks pirsquared for pointing out that mistake!]

I suspect overhanging turns, where some pieces travel over others mid-turn.

Eric, I have some ideas as to what it could be. All of them scare me, so I'm going to stop thinking about them now.

I think i know what eric's is.
It seems to be a megaminx, that upon solving sings the song by Michigan L. Frog, while dancing and sending off fireworks.
The mechanism is actually quite simple and rather obvious from the picture.

Door wrote: Or how about Gelatinbrain's 1.1.47? -Mark- Yes, I thought that too. The centers look slightly indent, like some others said already. So I am guessing this. It's a Megaminx on top of starminx centers. I suppose the corners are from the very core but after the starminx layer new edges need to be put in. They behave the same like the other ones that are in the core but bringing those to the outside wouldn't be possible I guess. The outside Megaminx edges would need some type of void mechanism though since the centers aren't "real" anymore. Chopasaurus plus megaminx is way to much, even for Eric. Edit: I just see that on 1.1.47 the edges are actually floating too. So they don't even act like those on a Megaminx. You can cross the void mechanism part unless it's more than 1.1.47

Well I started this week with an idea for a new puzzle modification using the Master Pentultimate. I was hoping for this one to be one of my future puzzles, as such I figure this is probably the best place to post this, I spent so much time on it before I realized what I had actually made I would hate for my efforts to be in vain. I actually didn't realize what it was until after I had finished clean up on all of the pieces. I present, the Rex Pentultimate.

I don't believe for one second it is a physical copy. I would guess it's an image from SolidWorks placed in front of a pretty background.

oops sorry, was in no way trying to fake that as a physical copy, I just like photoview(rendering program paired with solidworks). I could actually make the stickers rounded too, but i am not that picky. I did however try to get the puzzle to look like BSF. I just thought it was funny that all the work I put into my rex pentultimate simply gave me a starminx. I just wish that photoview backgrounds weren't so fuzzy.

(I don't know what 1.1.47 is) hm that an interesting idea... however it seems there would be almost no way to hold the corner in. That, or the stalk to hold it in would be so small it would be ineffective
