True, but that doesn't necessarily mean one couldn't unknowingly print a copy. It is an obscure picture, and I don't think one has been announced on this forum before (unless my poor memory fails me again).

i believe that is Oskar's Twist and Slide, not a circle 2x2.

This is not my next puzzle, nor the one after or probably the one after, but it's definitely 4th in the line at most for now, and I could only have made it thanks to Solidworks, not autocad which is why I waited this long to make it... any guesses ?

Today, the 25th of August 2011, and after spending months manufacturing/constructing 25(!)
different prototypes using various materials, the final stable prototype of Alien Tech was made.

I cannot tell exactly when it will be publicly released, but there will be a full working version
(with a nice theme) *definitely* before next year.

As a puzzle, it is not that hard (at least not yet!), but as a mechanism, it is the best project
I have ever done in my entire life. Get ready for the "invasion".

Hmm very interesting. I don't think I'm a good guesser but it looks like it has dodecahedral symmetry and It looks like it has pyraminx crystal pieces and master pentultimate pieces and tips that turn. ( not trivial tips though.)

Um... the Pyrahexaminx, where the 6 edges match up to the 6 faces of a cube (e.g. reverse master pyramorphinx)?

This may have already been done, but that's the first "straightforward" Pyraminx mod idea I could think of.

hint pictures are always more fun so here you go. This is a picture of the core of my puzzle and to help a bit the blue axis is what I would call the vertical axis and it intersects with the red point.

nope its not a master tuttminx (that would be a great idea though...) i wont say how many axis it has but i will say its more than 20 and less than 30. also the shape of the puzzle has 11 syllables.

The attached file is a Minecraft world with one of each of the parts for the next puzzle I am making. (excluding one piece type that is just a mirror image of one of the parts) If you don't own the game, there are plenty of free map viewers and map editors that you can use to view the world.
