I have recently bought this item on e-bay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... MEAFB%3AIT

I tought I made a good dela with buy the whole puzze, but it was only a description,
what do you think?
Is it my foult (Did I misunderstund something?), or this auction was deceptive?
Or should I send it back and clame the price of it back?

Hi Oliver

I saw this auction/buy it now myself, but luckily using google translate i discovered it was just for a poster of the game. I don't think it could really be classed as "deceptive" because it does say it is just "publicite" - publicity/advertisement in the description.
Perhaps if you explain to the seller they may take a return but you will probably have to pay registered postage which would probably be just as expensive....consider it a lesson learned i guess

Unlucky

At a price like 4 euros, you really first need to decide if it's worth your time to get a refund.

I don't think it's deceptive... it clearly says "Publicité" and it's listed in "Books->Others"
"Exemplaire original : pub publiée dans la presse et extraite d'un magazine de l'époque." -> As far as I can understand it says "Original copy taken from a magazine"

Too bad, but I don't think the seller is at fault. Sorry.

Yes of course I have translated the title too. Unfortunately just after I have received it.
I have made a small calculation, and it does not worth it to return, and of course probably it is my fault. Just it was so disappointing when I saw that it is not the puzzle itself.

It is a good example for all of us, that we should translate the whole title, because sometimes it may hide more than you think at first time.
