Some bittersweet news for you.

Wayne has been finding himself rather busy with his profession recently and will remain so for the forseeable future. He has decided to step down as the museum moderator.

Luckily for us, Wayne has taken the initiative to find his replacement, and a perfect replacement it is: one of our field's most experienced and knowledgable devotees, and one of the forum's earliest members, Andreas Nortman.

Please join me in wishing success to both Wayne and Andreas, and in supporting Andreas in this new role!

Sandy

A fit replacement no doubt. I look forward to seeing the museum thrive with his aid.

Excellent, excellent choice. Andreas organizes puzzles in ways which I fail to understand. :D

Congratulations Andreas! Well-deserved post.

(The OTHER definition of post  why is 'post' the first word that comes to mind when I think about a job?)

Andreas's incredible ability/OCD to classify and sort puzzles into a complete and comprehensive, logical, well-organized database is *exactly* what the museum needs. A match made in heaven - congratulations! :D

Thank you for all the praise in advance.
I haven't answered here before now since I wanted to try out the interface and as you might see now it works.
And by the way: There is always room for new volunteers in image editing.

See you in the museum.

He's definitely the finest choice for the role, with a host of great ideas to streamline the process.

Let's do what we can to support Andreas as much as possible. There's a lot of new puzzles out there, still not in the database.

Graphic editors, Andreas will need you! I'll be picking up editing jobs as well from time to time to help out.

I'll be happy to be a graphics editor (if by that you just mean remove the backgrounds from images).

I should mention at this point that the museum needs not only me and several image editors but puzzle editors as well. You can all help. All you have to do is search for your most beloved puzzle in the database and if it is not there add it for yourself and please include a link to the appropriate forum thread in the comments field where I can find the images for the database.
