 Post subject: Tiles set Recall

It has come to my attention that some of my recently sent out Tile sets did not have a white backing applied.

If you received a set of my Tiles and they where not white on the back, under the liner where the adhesive is, then please contact me so I can send you a replacement set.

I don't think that there are more that 20 sets that shipped like this, but I would rather replace them than have them being used like this.

The colors on the tiles are not opaque by themselves and need that white coat in order to not seem transparent.

Update:

Ok, it looks like some of the tiles shipped between 7/24/05 and 8/24/05 may have been bad. I've gone through all the orders that were placed between those dates and am resending all the tiles from those orders. I'd rather not wait for everyone to contact me so I'm going to just play it safe and resend them all.
I'll send a confirmation to each person as I ship them. All the bad tiles that I had in stock have been found and tossed out, to prevent this from happening again.

Alright, I sent out replacement sets for all Tiles ordered between 7/24 and 8/24/05.

All Tiles shipped before and after those dates should be good. If you have some of the bad Tiles in question, you should receive your replacements in 3-15 days depending on your distance from California, U.S.

If you ordered within that timeframe and don't receive replacements within 2 weeks, please email me at badtiles@cubesmith.com and I'll take care of it.
