How do I get my article posted?

Hi Twisty Forum readers,

Can anyone tell me how I can get a Twisty Puzzles Article posted?

I have been trying to get my article on Twisty Puzzles That Jumble posted on Articles section of the TP website. I have sent a few emails to Sandy (that unfortunately got bounced), I have posted my request twice, and I have asked Dave, Rox and Wayne for help. So far without any effect. Obviously, I am missing something.

Any suggestions?

I am not a moderator, but according to at least one post, content moderators, the ones with orange names, have been selected to help Sandy with the museum, the articles and the database.

Currently, the members wearing orange are, in no particular order: Sausage, Kastellorizo, Noah, The.Drizzle and Synester. They are there to help Sandy, who as we all know is extremely busy. In fact, in August he said that he intended to add your article soon. I bet he has a lot on his plate right now.

So, let me ask the moderators, do you guys have a person in charge of the articles? who receives emails sent to articles@twistypuzzles.com?

Sometimes things get lost in the vortex where all the missing pencils go. This includes various requests to admins.

Best idea is to PM them every once in a while. I'm sure they would be happy to post it, but sometimes need reminding.

Even the best of us forget almost everything!

According to this post by Sandy, The.Drizzle was appointed Articles Moderator, so you might try to contact him. However, there is some information in this thread (see Sandy's post) indicating that Sandy might be the only one who can currently upload your article (but things might have changed by now).

Oskar, I'm fairly certain that Binary Bisect 5 is bandaged and therefore doesn't jumble. Can you illustrate how it isn't?

To me it all depends on if the fused cube is bandaged or not. If it is then the bb 5 would jumble because each cut must also be extended to the surrounding circles. The mixup cube falls into the same problem of being bandaged or not bandaged.

Bram defined "doctrinaire" like this:
A 'doctrinaire' puzzle is one where if you were to remove all the coloration then every single position would look exactly the same.
Fused cube is doctrinaire although restricted.
