Please upload picture to this site instead of linking to them. For some people (like myself) the linked pictures may be blocked depending on where you are viewing the site (they are often blocked when I view the site while at work). Also, we have a lot of older posts where the pictures have been removed from the outside sites so the links are now broken, the pictures are lost.

I don't think Sandy is concerned about trying to save bandwidth used by pictures. Here is a quote from the link posted above:

Hosting your pictures off site gives the owner much better control over them. Especially if they want to use them in places other than the forum.

For me it's the snow building thread. None of my computers like that link. I've not once been able to get into it. There must be some vicious malware in there somewhere. I've tried from a number of different IP addresses and not a single one will let me view those photos.

A tiny bit off topic, but regarding old picture links to puzzles which were in the museum, why were they removed? Was the server updated at some point and they got lost along the way?
