Thanks to Drewseph in the IRC, I have become addicted to a game called MineCraft. After building several things, I formulated an idea... you can see the results below... Attachment:

Haha, I didn't know Drew was into MineCraft! Do you or Drew have the bought version? It's a lot of fun! I've made quite a few things in the "creative" mode of MineCraft: Giant Spongebob Companion Cube (and cake!) from Portal Giant Castle (still haven't made the inside...gotta get to that) Pretty big house, with the help of a friend and my brother The Awesome Face (and the "FFFUUUU" face) Oblivion Gate (from Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion) BC Rich WarBeast guitar NES controller It really helps to have flight/speed hacks. You can get a special client from http://www.worldofminecraft.com/ that has them. It's really difficult to build anything good without them.

If anybody plans of purchasing the game, do so using the link in my last post as soon as you can before the price goes up! Once it reaches Beta, the price will go from 10 Euros to 15, or 20 when the game is finished. You've got a month or so left, so jump on the bandwagon! It's a lot of fun, and offers a virtually INFINITE surface area with which to build on. (To be specific, approximately 8 times the surface area of the earth per map is possible)The game gets regularly updated every week (except this week, Notch is busy with meetings) and has a growing number of features that make it much more fun than creative. Look at me, I sound like a commercial. EDIT: Oh yeah, nice sprites Arch Wolf. Good job!

They're down AGAIN? That's twice in the last few days. >_>
Due to recent popularity with big-name gaming companies like Valve and Bethesda, Minecraft has been getting a lot of server traffic lately. Usually when the server is down, Notch gets notified and he reboots it within a few hours. Try again later today or tomorrow.

Sorry for the bump. I just wanted this thread to be more talkative. I have just recently got in to Minecraft, and it is a very addictive and fun game! Anyone who has not played this game should try it out!

See, I've been a Minecraft fan since ALPHA. (although so have the people in this thread...) I also made a Rubik's Cube, but it's tiled, and inside there are a bunch of signs that list my puzzle collection. Also, I made this town that you can download.

But yea...adventure update is awesome. I love just going into Creative for a bit and coming up with some gnarly redstone-piston contraption or just flying around exploring the new terrain generator. I've only found a SINGLE stronghold so far and it was intersected by an abandoned mineshaft...sorta buggy and annoying but from what I could see of the non-broken parts its pretty amazing! When I first started playing a few months ago it was mostly getting the supplies to build a nice house or something and mining, now it's all about exploring the new worlds and....adventuring!

I think I've been playing minecraft for a whole year now. D: I never took screenshots of my stuff though, and haven't done the adventure update yet. I don't get to play very often.
