Anyone got any spare ones lying around?

I used mine to make some siaminx pieces, and only have white ones left. Dont really want to use a black connector piece with white puzzles :)

Thanks.

Doesn't Hamleys have thousands of them anymore? ;-) I thought in UK it's fairly easy to find basic Meffert puzzles, no?

I got a black 'minx in ToysRUs a while ago, but the week before they had none. Ask them to get some in and they probably will.
How do you plan on making your siaminx? I've tried, but I can't seen to come up with a good way of doing it :(

He he he! I just thought of something funny, Nicky; I could sell you back a couple of the white ones you sold me and you could paint 'em! LOL!

Haha

I took the tip off one piece, and joined onto it a connection from one of the edge pieces. I'm not sure if this is a true siaminx, or something similar.

I guess I couldve joined 2 edge pieces together and made a different puzzle, but i'll see how this turns out.

Nicky,
Toymaster stores usually have them:

Toyworld Store
Unit B, Victoria Walk, The Headrow Centre, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 6JB

Tel: 0113 2439800

or there's one in Ottley.

Richard

http://chrono.org/puzzles/siaminx.html

Adam Zamora came up with the conjoined Pyraminx idea about a year ago. At that Time I dubbed the puzzle joined by two edges the Siaminx although a suitable name for the corner-edge fusion was never coined.
