These are very simple mod, but very interestng. The bandaged has a center fused to a corner on 2 opposit sides. I is a whole new puzzle since you cannot use the easy standard method , you get stuck 1 time out of 2... very frustrating ... I applied custom cut textured tiles from cubesmith. The void skewb is simple (actually a dummy void, we see the mechanism inside ) I glued the center with epoxy instead of 2 screws, ans drilled threw. I squared holes and kept the nice fluorescent stickers. holes a not perfect squares but stickers come over ... I might sell it soon. bandaged is currently on sale on ebay. cia! Attachment:

I think a more appropriate name would be "peek-a-boo skewb".

Very pretty void skewb! I agree with flambore though, it's not a true void since there's still a spider on the inside Anyone care to make a true void skewb?

Yeah you are all right, I know this is a dummy void. Do you have a suggesstion of name for it??? because I think that even if it is fake, it is still kinda pretty, to my point at least! therefore, it is cool to see it when moving! Please find a correct name!

Great mods. I had exactly the same idea, about making void skewb, but as I couldn't get rid of internal spider, I abandoned it. Vadim

It would look especially nice, in my opinion, with a slight modification. If you're very careful with the cuts and can get them to look as smooth and glossy as the edges are, you can cut back the sticker some just like at the edges. That would make the void skewb look that much better to me.

Well, that was my first idea but, I did one piece like that and found that sanding inside a piece was very painful and long, and also knew that it wasnt a real void with the spider... I decided to let them not perfect and put nice stickers. I may make another one tho... thank you man
