[EDIT 23 FEB 2011] shop.helm.lu is closed Kayleb's Puzzle Corner opens today. [/EDIT] I have decided to stop selling puzzles on Ebay and have therefore set up a shopping cart with Paypal checkout: http://www.helm.lu/shop/Many puzzles will need additional information, so far the books section is 'really' ready. Paypal is the only payment method accepted. A tax (Paypal fee 3.5% & handling 0.5%) will be added to the total amount of the goods value. Shipping is 8 euros for up to 6 items within Europe. Outside Europe, you can choose between surface mail and airmail. Surface mail for up to 6 items will be 12 euros and airmail will be 15 euros. If you want to buy more than 6 items, please begin a new transaction for items # 7, 8, a.s.o. If a shopping cart will have more than 6 items, the money you paid will be refunded and no items sent. If you intend to buy very large quantities of puzzles or books (more than 12 items), send me an email [ shop ( a t ) helm ( d o t ) lu ] enumerating all the items you would like to buy (write only if you intend to buy) and ask for shipping rates and eventual wholesale prices. In this case you will have to wait for me to invoice you. 23.1.2011 - shipping prices updated

The shop is again online now. As the stock isn't updated automatically when an item is bought, a refund will be issued in case the bought item(s) is(are) no longer available.
Thank you Klara, you were the first one to buy. Your package will be posted tomorrow.

What? No Floppy Cube or Gigaminx!? Kidding, but seriously I think I'll have to have a look at this again as there are some good puzzles, but I'd consider lowering your price of the Void Cube, I got one on ebay for 20 GBP and your's is 65 GBP (I think by the current exchange rates) Sweet

Does this mean the list of books for sale is ready, or that you can only buy from the books section? if not I´m going to buy a couple of puzzles

I meant to say that some puzzles need further explanations for people that are not twistypuzzle forum members or that are otherwise not so knowledgeable in puzzles.

From today's newsletter:
Several cubes have been added to the shop, amongst them different very cheap sets for modding purposes. Also some Taiwan clones from 1982 were added:
These cubes are of good quality. Though they are clones, the plastic used is better plastic than all these knock-offs of today with f.i. comic figures on them. The center cubies are screwed and you are able to adjust the spring tension. I sold more than 1,500 of these 3 years ago and I found a remaining small stock without their original packaging. These cubes are new. I have some of the cubes offered here, which I am playing with now for 26 years, they have not fallen apart so far nor have the stickers come off (I must say I'm not doing speed-cubing). The corner cubies are covered on each side with plastic so as to guarantee smooth turning. They have not seen sunlight and they were stocked in a dry place. This is a unique opportunity to get a good cube for a low price. I buy cubes since 1981 and I know what I speak of. Many of the cubes you can see on my Cube Gallery Page are just good to *have* and to store away in one of my numerous boxes, but this one can be played with without fearing that the stickers come off or that the mechanism wears out to quickly.

Georges, I am having a problem at checkout. I have 4 items in my cart that I hope to purchase. I would like them shipped by airmail and I live in the US.
You stated that for up to 6 items shipping by airmail would be 12 euros, however, on your site it says the shipping alone costs 32 euros.

Just to let you know, I had the same problem a few days ago, shipping costs were calculated per-item instead of per-order. It appears to be fixed now. Probably a temporary glitch then. Just out of curiosity.. are these duplicates from your collection, or are you actually selling stuff that you only have one of?

I will soon be adding some items to my shop, amongst them those pictured below. A Varázs-Gömb, a domino, a boxed domino, a 2x2x2 Micra, a Supernova. Attachment:

I seem to remember that someone from the forum asked me long ago for a 2x2x2 Micra, but I don't know if it was the red one or the blue one.

Is the "Damaged Domino" non-functional, or just damaged?

JonnyWhoopes wrote: Is the "Damaged Domino" non-functional, or just damaged? The "bridge" that should hold the edge in place is broken, but still there. The ebay seller seems to have tried to use something like superglue already (whitish speckles on the "bridge") If you manage to glue/repair it, the domino will be fully functioning. It is functional already now, but the said edge falls off at nearly every turn.
