This sounds like the technique that the Japanese are using at the Construction Studio. How do you like this method? What tools are good for cutting the sheets? What glues do you like? What process works well for getting the pieces cut to the right size? Thanks for sharing the photos.

but they are using solid chunks of pvc without filling the inside.... they are solid pieces cut from a "brick" of pvc.

Cyanoacrylate based glues. Brands: BMI Maxi-Cure you can get it at any hobby store, but it wont say BMI on it. The hobby stores put their own label on. BOSTIK glue is also good, but commercial only i think. I bought a pound of it on ebay for $20. You want something runny, but not too runny
