Does anyone know how long P-A-K Mark 3 takes before it is strong enough to be sanded, sawed, drilled, etc. I just tried some out today, it turned white within like 2 minutes... I am guessing that is a good thing. Right?

2 minutes? That's a little fast. You should have around 8 minutes. Anyway, you should give everything 24 hours for it's final cure, then you can sand away.

after 2 minutes the top half turned white, after 2 hours it was rock solid. But, my mold release agent didnt work, im using non-silicone. I will try silicone next time...
