Isn't that like a moto-tool? I have one but the cut off bit that I am using melts the plastic and causes it to gum up.

I use a Dremel as well, the reason you're melting the plastic is too much friction. Your rotation is too fast or your wheel is too coarse or both.

Change it up a bit, you should have success.

I dont have a dremel.
I just suggested to use a dremel. I have a 2x2x3 made by ton, that was done with a dremel. I will be buying a knock-off dremel, if anyone else is intersted, see: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2006780346
its $20.00 Kinda cheapish (is that a word?) but it will probably serve its purpose
