Isn't that like a moto-tool? I have one but the cut off bit that I am using melts the plastic and causes it to gum up.

I use a Dremel as well, the reason you're melting the plastic is too much friction. Your rotation is too fast or your wheel is too coarse or both.

Change it up a bit, you should have success.

I dont have a dremel.
