At first I thought you were kidding because I glanced at the pictures before I read the description, but i relised it's actually a really clever mod! Very deceiving.

Actually, you basically built my skewed slice cube without the bandaged sides. I also built a puzzle like that, but since yours is a teeny bit different i guess is it new. YOurs sure looks nicer than mine. :D

Ah, I forgot about that. :D But I built mine before you made yours. :) The skewed slice cube is definately more interesting to solve, because my version is just a normal 3x3 with some small differences. But it's really fun when some non-cubers try to scramble it (more than just turning U and D), only 1 out of 4 has succeeded so far. I think this would be a really good mod for a beginner, because there aren't many pieces to make and they are easy.
