I spent a couple of hours of the last 4 days on my first 3x3x3 mod (not including extended 3x3x5).
After having failed building a fully functional 2x2x4 (always falls apart and locks up) this one is fairly good, at least I think so. I still need to file a bit and paint and than i will sticker it.

Looks like a good first start. What i would sugest though when making buildups through milliput or some other filler, is to go out and buy plastic plates, cut out the centers. And with the centers cut them to form a "mold", and put a dot of super glue to hold them in place. Then fill your mold with your epoxy, and once the epoxy has hardened take off the molds and you should have a VERY smooth, perfectly measured buildup. Lasly take a razor of some sort and scrape off the glue residue. I use this method when making Mental Blocks and it works great.

Is the last picture realy a picture of your mod? It looks just like a skewb...

Sorry to ask.

EDIT

Sorry, don't mind the question, I saw that the cube wasn't resting on the "ground" with side that I thought...

Is the above understandable??

hee that is the same illusion the 5x5x5 rhombic dodecahedron has, when it looks like a master skewb. Wait until the stickers are on than its even better.

I was going to ask the same thing about the list picture. Hahaha. Good build.

I've considered to build that or a Truncated Trajbers for my first mod.
