After seeing the helicopter dodecahedron by MF8, I decided to design a megaminx that would not pop and be easier to turn, and I didn't like the ridge idea. So I did this.

HOW MANY DESIGNS DO YOU HAVE!?!??!?
Seriously, you're just amazing! However I feel that presenting physical prototypes of these puzzles will serve more value to the forum, rather than these CAD drawings. I'm in no way trying to take any offense (your design skills are phenomenal!), but the new puzzles forum is mostly for completed, physical prototypes. Perhaps it would be better to post these in "puzzle building and modding."

I have 3D printed most of my designs, but to save money,I print them really small, and often with varying colors of leftover plastic (Z-Corp), so I use my SolidWorks models to show details better. :D

I would be VERY interested in seeing some of those printed prototypes. Even if they didn't work out the first time, it's great to see physical copies of the puzzles. :D

That reminds me of the Pro-Minx, other than the differing proportions. The Pro-Minx was a very stable design, and could easily hang together with even three screws (next to each other) missing.

Do you plan on putting these up on shapeways? Even if you can't afford them all, I know a lot of people here can and would love to test them out.
