Hello,

I am a huge fan of shape shifting cuboids, with the bump cube being one of my favourites.
Having seen short and tall bump cubes in the museum, and wanting one, I set about making them for myself.

It is quite a simple mod with only 4 pieces needing modification.
Two need to be cut down and capped and the cut pieces added to lengthen the other two.
I have also enjoyed the aesthetic of a three colour 3x3, so I stickered it in three tone greyscale.

Please do not get this wrong, but:
Doesn't the colors spoil the concept of a bump cube?

On a second thought: I did the same thing. Seems like I spoiled the concept too.

The issue with the shortened bump cube is that you now have 4 duplicate pieces on the short sides. The different colours eliminates any parity issues that may arise... plus I think it looks cool.

Also, I am curious as to which puzzle you did this with?
