Hey, I have recently started making puzzles of my own on SolidWorks.. I'm just starting out. Anyway, the first puzzle I created was already made. Atleast I came up with a mechanism that allows the outer corners to be removed and the puzzle still hold together. I made the puzzle in the link. I know the pieces are scary thin, but before working on it more, I want to be certain that no one else has made one like it. Mines cubic, but the same puzzle could've been created in another shape. I looked in the TwistyPuzzle musuem and didn't see one like it. I think it's basically a 5-layered version of a UFO (the way it acts, but not the mechanism) with a cutting plane not slicing the top and bottom in the middle, but allowing a center.
