And other my latch idea is Corner Latch Cube where arrows are on corners, or even more - combination of regular Latch Cube with Corner case: arrows are on corners and edges.
Will somebody create it?

I guess it could be made. On the latch cube the edges can turn only one way because of a ratch kind of mechanism that is also in the center pieces. So on your design the corners need spikes/teeth that anchor in the edgepieces below. I can't take my latch cube apart and couldn't find any pictures of the internals really quick. So I don't know how exactly the centerpieces on a latch cube are shaped. I don't really get how the blocking of two different directions on the normal latch cube is possible anyway. Same center piece; different edgepieces (black or white arrow); different blockings. But it should work with corners too.

I had that same idea yesterday. On the subject of Latch Cube variations, is it possible to make center pieces not have holes/notches on a few sides to make the self bandaging more complicated? Solving it would be sort of like the nightmare cube.
