Inspired by Latch Megaminx, I suggest to create Latch Pyraminx.

There can be many combinations to put arrows on edges(green color)
or/and inner parts (blue).

From my point of view the best arrow pattern should be symmetric,
there will be 2 arrows on edges on all sides (green color).

What do you think?

Putting arrows on the edges doesn't mechanically work the way you've got them, and labeling them properly would be awkward and confusing. Labeling the the corners (meaning the things which would be the corners if you glued in place the trivial tips) does in fact work, although putting too many arrows would result in the whole puzzle being jammed up. It would probably be best to put one clockwise, one counterclockwise, and one unlabeled on each corner.

Bram is right.
Pyraminx has 6 edges, so 3 clockwise and 3 counter-clockwise is clever.
That means, 1 clockwise, 1 counter-clockwise, 1 non-arrow edge face will appear in each face when solved.
