I made a new puzzle. With an existing but unused concept.

How can I protect myself from the concept being stolen and for example produced by someone else without my knowledge or consent?

Patent. This costs money. Worldwide patent. This costs lots of money. Protect patent. This costs enormous amounts of money. Seriously, if you can "sell" your design to a big company for a share of the profits, this may be the best way.

Okay, that would be interesting, but doubtfully achievable. ;) Thanks for the response.

The good news is most people on this site will respect whatever your wishes are even if you have no legal protection.
