I have finally almost completed my first custom twisty puzzle. That i will be printing on Shapeways.

In it I am using magnets.

My magnets are 5mm in Diameter, and 2mm in depth, how big should I make the whole for them? and when I construct it should I just place them in or glue the as well.

I would make them 5.3mm diameter and 2.3mm deep holes. You will need to glue the magnets.
