Problem.

I put Maru Lube in my Rubik's 3x3, which makes it slide and spin like never before. But I think I put a little too much in (I squeezed the bottle too hard) and It goes too fast.

Any way to get some lube out without cleaning and restarting??

You could possibly clean off only half of the pieces, then work in the other half so it's evenly distributed.

Thanks, but can you think of any ways to clean it without taking it apart too much?? It's just that I've had a few bad experiences with 3x3 I took apart...

You should have no problem whatsoever with re-assembling a 3x3x3. It gets hard when you move onto puzzles like the Starminx (the real version) and big puzzles like the Teraminx.

Yeah you can dissamble it, but even if you don't a big part of the lube will dry up, fast, cause maru dry easily.

Some lubes can evaporate. Maru lube is considered good, I don't think anything bad will happen.

No need to worry, as all it took was a bit of getting used to...

PS. When I say I have bad experiences it's not that it's difficult, it's because the cube gets really loose and horrible for me...
