Hello, I opened a box with lots of puzzles never completed, this is one of those,
Now I am determined to finish some of those puzzles;

here the HD made from a square 2

1-body cut, cleaning and improving the shape;
2-cleaning;
3-coating (1mm white polistyrene sheets);
4-repairing cutting faults;
5-rubbing internal surfaces (P 800);
6-elimination of edges joining (P 400)
7-polishing external surfaces (P 800)
8-beading (creation of the radius) (P 400);
9-polishing of the radius and the surfaces of all pieces (P 2000);
10-creating the hole required for the assembly;
11- body finished (polishing P 4000 +/-)

1) 4 Hrs
2-11) 18,5 Hrs

tot:22,5 hrs

hello, the puzzle will be completed including photos and video between Wednesday and Thursday morning and
needs to be trimmed, polished, and (stickers???)

how can you say in English the action that takes place to cut and apply the stickers?

You can say "The puzzle needs to be stickered".

Most people say that they "sticker" the puzzle. (stickering, stickered, ect)

Hello i finished it yesterday night, in a few minutes i will coming to cut the stickers,
someone have told me, to put the photos in chronological order, here they are with their explanation.
