Hello.
I want to know how to make 3x3x5 from just 3x3x3s, not using square-1 parts.
please explain me with some photos. :)

You can always go to Hessport's Rubikshop and get a Rubik's 5x3 Cube. :)

Maybe he wants one thats fully active!

If you extend a 3x3x3 on all faces then you can make the extensions active using a 'key' type mech similar to the 2x2x4 extensions shown here or on Tons site.

If you want to extend only two faces (3x3x5) then the extended pieces will over hang during a turn (and can be twisted out) and a clever mech will be needed to hold them in.

Ask the people at the 3D Recon Studio, they have sussed it ;)
