You guys might remember that I have a lot of projects I planed on doing. There reason nothing has happened with that is I would like to cast my own pieces but have been having a horrible time at it. I use por a mold and every time after one or two uses the pieces I’m making manage to fuse to the mold despite my best efforts to make sure I got release agent everywhere it should be.
So anyone have any suggestions on a good mold material that wont bond with Por a Kast (so I don’;t have to worry about release agent) and is a simple as Por a Mold? I could also use help on finding a place to get it online.

Por-a-mold is a polyurethane rubber, I have no idea why SynAir recommend it for use with a por-a-kast (a polyurethane resin)!
You should try a silicone. I don't know where you could get it (in the US?) but SynAir make a product called sil-mold, you should be able to get this where you got your por-a-mold.

Was the mold material silicone or polyurethane based? Polyurethane plastic bonds to polyurethane molds. Not always, but not worth using.

Yep, definately get silicone. Polyurethane rubber will bond unless you coat it in grease. Not an ideal method.
