Is this the same Tony Fisher who made puzzles?

I received a letter from Tony Fisher, the one who makes puzzles, on Aug. 23th 2000. This other Tony Fisher died Feb. 29th, 2000.

In other news, Tony has told me that it "takes several hours" to make one of his custom pieces. Also he has told me that he mainly uses skewbs in his transformations, as skewbs are readily available. His other older puzzles are no longer made (by him, although there are a couple of people still actively making modified cubes, including myself). He's working on "some new secret designs" on which he didn't elaborate on.

He did say he might make some of the older designs if he has time at a future date.
