Looks like this is going to be a mus have puzzle soon!

One question, I have just got 5 new square 1s from toys r us in the UK. These new ones (only cost UK£3) dont have the obvious covers on the middle slice. I have taken my old square 1 apart many times, these are definitely different. Does anyone know how the new ones come apart?

I really like this design, and you have done a first class job on it.
