Would anyone be interested in getting some custom kernals. A friend can make them for me from brass bar, to be cut to any length and tapped to accept bolts. He has a jig for making 6-way rubik-like kernals, but he will make 4-way or anything else I want. If you're interested let me know, he only charges me 3 UKP each and postage wouldn't be to much.

I'm new to puzzle making, so maybe I am about to find out why people tend to modify existing puzzles rather than build from scratch, but I like the idea that I will have made the entire puzzle (with a little help from my friends)!
