I was just looking at your plans again, and there's something I cant figure out. Why wouldn't the guides get in each others way? Is there something I'm not seeing that stops this? Because it looks to me like they could block each other and stopthe puzzle from working. I think you also said you were useing this system for the 6x6x6.

No, they don't clash because they are actually shorter than the grooves.
