I was wondering if anyone had the OLL and PLL printable pages. I have been looking on the internet and I have not been able to find them. Also im almost done memorizing F2l and i was wondering which one i should learn next. I have heard people say to learn PLL before OLL. Is this true? thanks

You should learn PLL before OLL, then gradually add OLL's over time.

dan harris' site has printable pages.

The arrow show which pieces need to moved to where.
The pieces without arrows are solved.

As for the algorithm that goes with it, the picture is you looking at the U face.
F is the bottom of the square, R the right, B the top, L the left, U is the face you are looking at, and D the one you can't see.

If you learn PLL before OLL how can you even solve the cube? What do you do for the OLL step?

You can do a 2-look OLL, which is where you do the edges then the corners.

The edges can be done with the alg: F R U R' U' F'
The learn the OLL algs for where all the edges are oriented.

Yes, but instead of learning the 7 corner OLLs before PLL, just use sune.

Sune is also: R'U2RUR'UR

Anti-sune is: R'U'RU'R'U2R or RU2R'U'RU'R'

I would say that RUR'URU2R' is Sune, R'U'RU'R'U2R is Anti-Sune, RU2R'U'RU'R' is Inverse Sune, and R'U2RUR'UR is Inverse Anti-Sune, but that's just my terminology.
