 Post subject: Silicon vs teflon?

I know the standard is silicon, but I've read that a few people use either a teflon or a teflon/silicon spray. Can anyone who's tried them both tell us which you think does a better job?

i used silicon and it rocks. If you really want to know. get two identical cubes and try both sprays.

Teflon is the slippiest substance known to man, it virtually has no friction.
