Hello dear friends.
I start this post just in order to collect those videos that are big fakes and are shown in ebay. The worst part of that issue is that... people believe them, and then when they watch a real solve....... damn....
Here is my first contribution:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJTpBS2J ... ed&search=
f2l is supossed to be solved in about 10-12 moves.... funny stuff. Those kind of videos really make me feelling angry

I guess you wanted to say 'youtube' instead of 'ebay'. Moreover, there are more video hostings that can show this 'cube fakes' and this query can be extensible to all of them, not ony 'youtube'.
Regards and keep modding, my friend...

To me it looks like he is making random turns and he solved the first layer
faced it towards us and edited the video.

How about that commercial, where the guy is blindfolded. At the start of the video you can see it was in the solved state.
The commercial says something like "we can't all be geniuses".
Most people don't realize that it's not a real blindfolded solve.
Why can't they just get a real cuber for their ads? Probably do it for peanuts to be on TV.

See if you can figure it out if you don't know already... It was in reverse. There's a video out there proving it.
@Sexual: That one too. For the Hyundai commercial. Also the Axe Commercial with a fake BLD solve also. It was clearly spoofing Chris Hardwick's actually BLD solve

I wouldn't solve a cube just to help someone sell more cars.
These things do make me angry though.

A Blindfolded Rubik's Cube he says? What are those? *EDIT* oooooooh look what I found http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gM4Cy4lQXJ8&eurl=Who is that by the way? You see a bit of a collection in the back ground, and if you listen and just look at his cube, you know that it's a good speedcube. He's not some random guy who picked up a rubik's cube or anything.

To me it looks like a memorized scramble because I see him do the F2L,
OLL, and PLL.

I'm not sure, I found it on someone's YouTube Channel.
he is obviously a decent speedcuber, judging by his hand movements.

Speedy McFastfast wrote: Sorry for double post, but i found a fake video (obviously) but the comments on it are really funny http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Avu0alpD ... ed&search=
it's funny how someone made this comment to that video:
"Surely this is just a video played backwards"
With a pattern that easy, who would need to do it backwards. It would take just as much effort if not more.
